About me and my practiceI understand that seeking therapy can be a big step, which is why Im committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental, and empathetic space for you to explore your challenges. I have worked with people facing all sorts of challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship issues, and low self-esteem. My approach is highly individualized, tailoring CBT techniques to your unique needs and goals, without making sessions feel like worksheet-heavy, tick-box exercises. We will collaboratively set goals, and check-in periodically to monitor progress and adjust as needed. ExperienceI am a qualified CBT Therapist and also trained as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist in Canada, in 2013. I've been using cognitive and behavioural psychology techniques in my work with nutrition clients, helping them to change their thoughts and behaviours around foods and eating. I am passionate about helping my clients overcome anxiety, depression and low self-esteem - challenges that have prevented them from living life to the fullest, and from engaging in day-to-day activities that they so deeply wish to enjoy.
